Tortilla

Tortilla, It's Spanish Dish, It Could Be Used In Breakfast & Also Easy To Make, Must Try It For Yummy taste!

Serves 8


Olive Oil 4 Tablespoons

Large Potatoes 1 Peeled, Cut In Half Length-ways & Sliced
Onions  Diced
Green Pepper  Diced
Eggs 5
Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper


1-Heat the oil in a nonstick frying pan and saute the potatoes, onions and pepper for a few minute, stirring frequently, Cover and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minute, stirring occasionally, until tender. Drain in a colander, then return to the frying pan.

2- Season the eggs generously with salt and pepper, then pour the eggs over the vegetables and cook over low heat, shaking the pan often, until the omelette no longer sticks to the sides of the pan. Your Tortilla is now halfway.

3- Place a large plate over the omelette and invert the frying pan slide the omelette back into the pan and cook for another minute or so. Transfer to a plate, cut into squares and serve warm or at room temperature, by itself.

Yummy Tortilla is now ready to serve.
